2.1. FORAN facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. We do not own, sell, or control listed goods/services unless expressly stated.
2.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for lawful purposes, including browsing and purchasing.
2.3. Commercial exploitation or unauthorized distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
2.4. Availability of services is not guaranteed in all areas and may be restricted or discontinued without notice.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority under applicable law) to register independently. Users under 18 may use the Platform only with parental or guardian involvement.
3.2. You must not engage in discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct while using the Platform.
4.1. To access services, you must register and maintain an account with accurate, complete, and updated information.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5.1. Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, bank transfers, or cash on delivery (CoD)—subject to availability.
5.2. Payments are processed via third-party services. FORAN is not liable for failed or fraudulent transactions. Payment data is handled in compliance with local laws and our Privacy Policy.
6.1. Prices are set by sellers and may change. Applicable taxes and fees are disclosed at checkout.
6.2. FORAN does not guarantee price accuracy and may cancel orders due to typographical or pricing errors.
7.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. Returns/exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available on the Platform.
7.3. Delivery may be refused if:
The address is incorrect/incomplete
CoD payment is not made
Age-restricted items are ordered without valid ID
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Upload/transmit malicious software
Impersonate others
Infringe intellectual property rights
Collect data without authorization (e.g., scraping)
Publish defamatory or illegal content (under PECA 2016 or other laws)
All content, logos, software, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by FORAN or licensed to us. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
The Platform is provided “as-is”. FORAN makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, FORAN is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from Platform use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FORAN, its directors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:
Your misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms or laws
Infringement of any third-party rights
We reserve the right to:
Suspend/terminate your account for violations
Restrict Platform access due to fraud or illegal activity
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, unless otherwise required under mandatory law.

Force Majeure: FORAN is not liable for delays/failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, cyber-attacks).

Amendments: FORAN may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
Severability: If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
