1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
Item not delivered – If your order was not delivered at all.
Wrong item delivered – If the items you received are not what you ordered.
Damaged or expired items – If you receive any product that is damaged, spoiled, or expired.
Order cancelled in time – If the order is cancelled before it is packed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:
If the order is cancelled after it has been packed or dispatched.
If the items delivered are perishable and the complaint is raised after a long delay.
If the issue is caused by customer error, such as providing a wrong address or being unavailable during delivery.
3. Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund, here's how it works:
You must raise the complaint within 24 hours of delivery through the app or by contacting customer support.
Our team will verify the issue with delivery records or product photos.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as Forendelivery Wallet credit (if applicable).
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only certain items in your order are incorrect, damaged, or missing.
